Rejoice through Suffering.

Rejoice through suffering first thing you think is "how can i rejoice through suffering, that's mad i can't do it"
and guys I know ok it seems mad me saying that we should rejoice through our trials and suffering and be praising God through them.


Why you may ask me. 


Romans 5: 1-6 Says
(NKJV) 


 ¹ Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have^[a] peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ, ² through whom also we have access by faith into this grace in which we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. ³And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; ⁴ and perseverance, character; and character, hope. ⁵Now hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out in our hearts by the Holy Spirit who was given to us.

Ok touching on the first verse of that passage we have been justified through faith. Justified in Greek is Dikaioo which means to be cleaned so through faith in the Lord Jesus we are cleaned we have been forgiven we are at peace with God.

God doesn't call us his servants he calls us his friends.

John 15:15
No longer do I call you servants, for a servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all things that I heard from My Father I have made known to you.

Jesus in this passage call us friends and not servants for we know him thorugh his grace and his faith that he gave to us to glorify his name 


And faith gives us hope through these trails and suffers as the 2 verse says in Romans 5 through faith and grace we can stand and have hope in the Lord God that he will help us and he will come through for us through the trails and suffering 


Psalm 71:14
But I will hope continually, And will praise You yet more and more.


As this verse shows we must hope continually through our christian walk with God and praise his name more and more 


And in the 3rd verse is shows that through these bad times we will gain perseverance which mean that we can take more for God that when there is another trial for us we can survive through it.


God doesn't just leave us to these trails and sufferings alone mind oh no, he helps us all the time through the by the Holy spirit 


Take a car now say that is your faith now a car runs and petrol right if not it doesn't move at all it just looks nice but it doesn't move it just sits there.


Now the holy Spirit is like petrol for our faith with it we can get moving we can get through everything with God's holy spirit without it i will just be a parked car sitting in the driveway doing nothing.


so we should seek God through these sufferings 


verse 4 says we gain character throguht these trails for if there is another challenge  you can say "I can do this but not in my own strength, but in the strength the God has given me"


And character gives us hope it says further on in verse 5 that hope does not disappoint us because of Gods love has been poured into our hearts by the holy spirit that he has given us.


Guys i know what i am saying is hard to grasp and do i know guys i been there and i couldn't see God move in my life, and i know its hard i know. But guys we need Jesus to get through these God doesn't leave us in the Dark and forget about us. We are saved by him.

Philippians 1:6- 

⁶ being confident of this everything, that He who has begun a good work in you will complete it until the day of Jesus Christ;


Guys he is faithful to complete the work he begun in us even though we are not faithful to him.


Guys take refuge in his word use it like a shield so when trials and suffering comes your way you can use Gods word like a sword and a shield to fight back against it


I pray for all of you going through trials  and suffering than you may persevere  through them and your faith will be 10 times stronger than it was before it. 

Unity in Christ

I was on a beach with both guys from Pillar community church and also Elum church and I was just looking at them all singing worship songs on the beach together and just sharing the word of God to encourage each other and also to pray over each other and i could just hear God saying "see there is unity in my blood". 


there is unity in worshiping the Lord we shouldn't be in fighting with all this arminianism-vs-calvinism there is no point with all this in fighting in the church we all have a main goal in our lives and it is to worship God it is to please God. 

John 17:21 

that they all may be one, as You, Father, are in Me, and I in You; that they also may be one in Us, that the world may believe that You sent Me.


Jesus prayed for oneness in the church as he is one with the father and the holy spirit its is a fine example to the non believers when followers of Christ work together as one and not argue over little things in the church.


So guys I encourage you all that you may walk in unity with each other and to put aside these petty argument and just worship the King that is my pray for the church as whole.

Glory in God

Glory in God
Jeremiah 9:23-24

23: As it shows in this verse that people even Christians boast in their own wisdom, strength, might and riches.  I am one of those people who do this.  Boasting in my own strength and achievements is a wicked thing to do.

Plasms 10:3- for the wicked boasts of his hearts desire; he blesses the greedy and renounces the Lord

Plasms 5:5- the boastful shall not stand in your sight: you hate all workers of iniquity

We shouldn't boast in our own strength or deeds,  we should boast in what God has done for us that he has saved us, that he died for us and what changes he has done in our lives and in other peoples lives around the world

Plasms 34:2- My soul shall make its boast in the Lord; The humble shall hear of it and be glad

Plasms 44:8 - In God we boast all day long and praise your name forever

Boasting in what God has done for us Or maybe something in your life that has changed even if its something really small it is a form of praise towards god we should be boasting in his name.

And we should be doing all things and give glory to God and not to raise our own name up  or to look for the praise of man

Colossians 3:23- And whatever we do, do it heartily as to the Lord and not to men

Genesis 1:27- So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.

We are all created in his image to worship and to praise God without God we would never be born so praise him that we can have life and that he died for us on That cross to take away our sins and judgement

24: That you can see that it pleases the Lord that we boast in his name it is a sign that we know him and he will show loving and kindness towards those who does .

As God resists the Prideful

James 4:6- But he gives more grace therefore He says "God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble

And it also says in 1 peter 5:5 that god resists the proud and gives grace to the humble

We are all saved in gods grace

Ephesians 2:8-9- For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God,  not of works, lest anyone should boast.

Its is not by own works or personal attributes and traits that we have been saved, it is nothing that we have done that gets us into heaven its is what Christ done on the cross that gets us into heaven is the faith the Christ has given us that gets us into heaven So guys I encourage you that you go out there and you proclaim the gospel to people I pray that you all do that I pray that we all boast in the Lords name and not our own.
